Married, the mother of four and a grandmother, Marie-Benoîte Angot holds a degree in Public Law and is an auditor of International Law in the Hague.

Marie-Benoîte Angot is the founder and moderator of the "Houses of Adoration," an association of lay people approved by the Church.

The mission of the “Houses of Adoration” is to live a spirituality by which lay people consecrate themselves, through Mary and in the Church, to the living Person of Christ in the Eucharist, to offer Him the world before His return in glory.

These “Houses of Adoration” have experienced a fast expansion over the 5 continents since the 1980s.
